T20 World Cup 2021: Pakistan’s Predicted Playing XI Against India. The ICC T20 World Cup 2021 is slated to be played between 17th October and 14th November 2021. 16 teams are ready for this trophy. The tournament is divided into Round 1, followed by the Super 12 stage.
Team Pakistan is placed in Group 2 of the Super 12 stage. The Men in Green will start their campaign in a high-octane clash against India. The two teams last met in the ICC 2019 World Cup.

Both Fakhar Zaman and Muhammad Rizwan should open the batting for Pakistan in the opener.
Middle-Order: Fakhar Zaman, Shoaib Malik and Haider Ali
Fakhar Zaman hasn’t been in the best of form, of late. He has been finding it hard to maintain a healthy strike rate in the middle overs on the slow track in the National T20 Cup of Pakistan, although he played well against West Indies in the warm-up match. Shoaib Malik’s strike rate in the middle overs is really impressive, that's why he was selected for the World Cup T20 Squad in the Pakistan team. Shoaib Malik played excellent cricket in National T20 Cup 2021. Shoaib Malik scored 225 runs in the National T20 Cup with a 149 strike rate. He is the most experienced batsman on the Pakistan team. The team can only hope that it will fix them all over time and show strong performances in the tournament.
A lot will be on the shoulders of Haider Ali in the big-ticket event. The management has trusted him and will hope that he meets all expectations. He recently returned to form with a blistering knock of unbeaten 91 runs off 53 balls in the Northern game against Central Punjab. That should give him enough confidence ahead of an important encounter against India.
Fakhar Zaman has a very impressive record against India. Everyone is hoping that he will play good cricket against India and Pakistan will win the match.

Bowlers: Shaheen Shah Afridi, Hassan Ali, and Harris Rauf
Harris Rauf’s recent performances with the ball don’t inspire a lot of confidence. However, keeping in mind his experience of performing on the biggest stages, he should make it into the eleven. Harris Rauf's bowling speed is very good but if bowls at line and length, he can play an important role in Pakistan winning.
The other two-seamers, Shaheen Shah Afridi and Hassan Ali are in sensational form. Both dished out sensational performances in National T20 Cup 2021. Hassan Ali and Shaheen Shah Afridi is Pakistan’s highest wicket-takers bowler. The duo bowled all crucial stages in the game and more often than not came out on top. Amongst all the spinners in the squad, Shadab and Imad are likely to get the nod as the first-choice pick. Muhammad Hafeez is a Pakistan third spin bowler and also Shoaib Malik can bowl.
